Common questions

AV teams that are willing to be flexible or go above and beyond to help the team when last minute requests come up (like adding a video to a presentation or changing slide dimensions at the last minute) is always a positive. Good communication leading up to the event to make sure everyone is on the same page.
They are and they aren’t. Reliability I can judge a bit by your communication and responsiveness level before the event, but most of the time I am relying on you to be the expert for what I need from a technical standpoint. I have to assume that your expertise meets the needs of the client and event. I, myself, could not necessarily judge your technical expertise or creativity until the event itself which means I have to deal with whatever I get at that time. There is a bit of faith I am taking.
Live streaming is more popular now, but I would say as a event planner it is more important to have interconnected technology elements (i.e. integration with registration software/event app) which makes the event more convenient for attendees and keeps information flowing.
